Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Cheese American or Cheddar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll them into balls.
  3. Place the beef balls onto the hot griddle and smash them flat with a spatula.
  4. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
  7. Toast the burger buns on the griddle.
  8. Assemble the burgers and serve hot.
