Ingredients 

Pulled Pork Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork shoulder bone-in
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. Mix all the dry ingredients together to make the rub.
  3. 3. Apply the rub generously to the pork shoulder.
  4. 4. Place the pork shoulder in the smoker.
  5. 5. Smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  6. 6. Wrap the pork shoulder in aluminum foil and let it rest for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Shred the pork using two forks and serve.
