  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the browned beef, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
  3. 3. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
