Slow Cooker Reuben Dip Recipe

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sauerkraut drained
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup thousand island dressing
- 8 oz corned beef chopped
1. In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, thousand island dressing, and corned beef.
2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
3. Serve warm with rye bread or crackers.
