Main Ingredients
- 4 lbs Pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place it on top of the onions and garlic.
3. Pour the BBQ sauce over the pork.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
5. Shred the pork with two forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker.
