Slow Cooker Potato Soup Recipe
A comforting and easy-to-make potato soup using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 3 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded for garnish
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled for garnish
- 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped for garnish
1. Add potatoes, onion, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3. Use an immersion blender to blend the soup to your desired consistency.
4. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
5. Serve hot, garnished with cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives.
