Slow Cooker Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make Philly steak sandwich using a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 unit Onion, sliced
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
1. Place beef, bell pepper, and onion in the slow cooker.
2. Pour beef broth over the ingredients and sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Open hoagie rolls and place a slice of provolone cheese on each side.
5. Use a slotted spoon to transfer beef mixture to the rolls. Top with another slice of cheese.
6. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
