Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Steel-cut oats
- 6 cups Water
- 1 cup Milk optional
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoon Honey optional
1. Add oats, water, milk (if using), cinnamon, and salt to the slow cooker.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or overnight.
4. Stir in honey before serving, if desired.
