Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour marinara sauce over them.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
