  • 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a slow cooker, combine lamb, onion, garlic, beef broth, carrots, and potatoes.
  2. 2. Add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until lamb is tender.
