Slow Cooker Lamb Stew

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Carrots, sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a slow cooker, combine lamb, onion, garlic, beef broth, carrots, and potatoes.
2. Add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until lamb is tender.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
