  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced
  • 12 oz beer 1 bottle
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Place the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the beer, brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the mixture over the kielbasa.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Serve hot.
