Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer Recipe

- 1 lb kielbasa sliced
- 12 oz beer 1 bottle
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Place the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together the beer, brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Pour the mixture over the kielbasa.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve hot.
