Slow Cooker Ham and Bean Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ham, diced
- 1 cup Dried white beans soaked overnight
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Celery, sliced
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Place the ham, soaked beans, onion, garlic, carrots, and celery into the slow cooker.
2. Pour in the chicken broth and add the thyme and parsley.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beans are tender.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
