Slow Cooker French Dip Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make French dip sandwich made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1 packet Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 2 cups Water
- 6 rolls Hoagie Rolls
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the Au Jus gravy mix and dry Italian salad dressing mix over the roast.
Pour the water into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
Place the shredded beef on the hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
Serve with the juices from the slow cooker for dipping.
