- 1 (3-4 pound) corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 10 small red potatoes
- 5 carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch pieces
- 1 large head cabbage, cut into small wedges
Place corned beef brisket, fat side up, into a slow cooker; sprinkle with pickling spice.
Add potatoes and carrots, and pour in enough water to cover the meat. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add cabbage and cook for 1 more hour.
