Slow Cooker Chicken Chili Recipe
A hearty and flavorful chicken chili made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 1 can black beans 15 oz, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn 15 oz, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet chili seasoning mix
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Place chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken broth, chili seasoning mix, onion, and garlic on top.
Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
