Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough cut into pieces
Place chicken, carrots, celery, onion, thyme, rosemary, and chicken broth in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return chicken to the slow cooker.
Stir in cream of chicken soup and biscuit dough pieces. Cover and cook on high for another hour.
