Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Add beef, broth, tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
2. Stir in thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
