Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into chunks
  • 4 Carrots, sliced
  • 4 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place beef, carrots, potatoes, and onion in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, tomato paste, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef and vegetables.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
