Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stew made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into chunks
- 4 Carrots, sliced
- 4 Potatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cups Beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Place beef, carrots, potatoes, and onion in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, tomato paste, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef and vegetables.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
