Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 8 pieces Slider Buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
  5. 5. Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
  6. 6. Serve the shredded beef on slider buns.
