- 1 pound dried beans any variety
- 6 cups water
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Rinse and sort the beans.
2. Add beans, water, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until beans are tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
