Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Slider buns
  • 8 slices Cheese
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Pickles, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. 6. Toast the slider buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  7. 7. Assemble the sliders by placing the patties on the buns and adding your favorite toppings like onion, tomato, lettuce, and pickles.
