  • 1 large Bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
