Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Filling

  • 1 cup cooked pork, diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and milk. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. 2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. 3. For the filling, mix cooked pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch dissolved in water. Cook until thickened.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Seal the edges.
  5. 5. Place the buns in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes.
