Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 500 g Chicken Thighs, cut into cubes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric powder, and cumin powder to make the marinade.
  2. 2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. 3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
