Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 4 slices White bread crusts removed
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Process until smooth.
  2. 2. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the bread slices.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the bread slices, shrimp side down, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
  5. 5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
