Shrimp Toast Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 4 slices White bread crusts removed
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a food processor, combine shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Process until smooth.
2. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the bread slices.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the bread slices, shrimp side down, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
