Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 Mango diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 Jalapeño minced (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
