Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Mango diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 Jalapeño minced (optional)
Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
