Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Cooked vermicelli noodles

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare all ingredients and set them out in an assembly line.
  2. 2. Fill a bowl with warm water and dip a rice paper wrapper in it for about 5 seconds.
  3. 3. Lay the softened wrapper on a plate and add a few shrimp, lettuce, carrots, mint, cilantro, and noodles.
  4. 4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  5. 5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and ingredients.
  6. 6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
