  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque.
  4. 4. Stir in wine and lemon juice, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley.
