- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups Tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and chopped shrimp, diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
2. Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
