Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp, and top with another layer of cheese. Place another tortilla on top.
5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
6. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
