Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
Top with seasoned shrimp and shredded cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with salsa. Serve immediately.
