Instructions
1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
2. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt to the gelatin mixture. Mix well.
3. Fold in shrimp and celery.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
5. Unmold onto a serving plate and serve chilled.
