Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 package Unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup Cold water
  • ½ cup Boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. 2. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt to the gelatin mixture. Mix well.
  3. 3. Fold in shrimp and celery.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
  5. 5. Unmold onto a serving plate and serve chilled.
