Shrimp Egg Rolls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 12 pieces Egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and roll the wrappers, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
