Shrimp De Jonghe Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Dry white wine
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, white wine, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the shrimp in a baking dish and spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
