Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined small size
  • ½ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste
  • 12 pieces mini tortilla cups store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. 1. Chop the shrimp into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add the lime juice to the shrimp and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the red onion, tomato, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix well.
  5. 5. Spoon the ceviche into the mini tortilla cups and serve immediately.
