  3. Cut in the cold, cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually stir in milk until just combined.
  5. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving with fresh berries and whipped cream.
