Shortcake Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon Baking powder

- ½ cup Butter Cold and cubed
- ⅔ cup Milk
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the cold, cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually stir in milk until just combined.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving with fresh berries and whipped cream.
