Seven Layer Salad Recipe
A classic seven-layer salad with layers of fresh veggies, cheese, and a creamy dressing.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas thawed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumber sliced
- 1 cup red onion sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon sugar
In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly at the bottom.
Next, layer the thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
Add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
Follow with a layer of sliced cucumber.
Next, add a layer of sliced red onion.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Top with crumbled bacon.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar to make the dressing.
Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
