Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup red onion sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly at the bottom.
  2. Next, layer the thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. Add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Follow with a layer of sliced cucumber.
  5. Next, add a layer of sliced red onion.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Top with crumbled bacon.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar to make the dressing.
  9. Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
