Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon ginger minced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix cornstarch and flour. Coat the marinated chicken pieces in this mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, mix water, honey, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger.
  5. In the same pan, pour the honey mixture and bring to a simmer. Add the fried chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
