Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dried seaweed soaked and drained
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the soaked seaweed to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  4. 4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and red pepper flakes (if using) on top before serving.
