Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat flaked
  • ½ cup shrimp chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet, stem side up.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the seafood mixture into each mushroom cap.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
