Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, etc.)
  • 2 Bread rolls
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 leaves Lettuce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add the mixed seafood to the bowl and combine well.
  3. 3. Cut the bread rolls in half and toast them lightly in a pan.
  4. 4. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each roll.
  5. 5. Spoon the seafood mixture onto the lettuce and top with the other half of the roll.
