Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups Paella Rice
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 pinch Saffron Threads
  • 1 lb Mixed Seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams)
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 lemon Lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and red bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add paella rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and add saffron threads. Stir to combine.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Add mixed seafood and peas. Cook until seafood is done and rice is tender.
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
