Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the heavy cream and mixed seafood. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
