Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add Rice Krispies cereal and mix until well coated.
3. Press mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread over the cereal mixture.
5. Let cool until the chocolate is set. Cut into squares and serve.
