Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Scallops fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 whole Lemon juiced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the butter and garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for another minute.
  8. Return the scallops to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Serve immediately.
