Main Ingredients
- 12 Scallops large
- 6 slices Prosciutto cut in half
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
2. Wrap each scallop with a half slice of prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the prosciutto is crispy and the scallops are opaque.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
