Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Crushed Crackers Graham or savory crackers
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Herbs Thyme, rosemary, or your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix crushed crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before serving.
