Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced Mixed colors
- 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms. Sauté for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
