Sauteed Patty Pan Squash Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Patty Pan Squash sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add sliced patty pan squash to the skillet.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until squash is tender and slightly browned.
Serve warm.
