  • 1 lb Green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add green beans and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
